We understand our obligations as a merchant in the UAE and comply with 'The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) . To be eligible for a return, your item must be ‘as new’. This means the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Provided the item is 'as new', you are entitled to withdraw from this contract without stating any cause within 21 days of delivery. You must communicate such withdrawal to us within that period. If the goods are faulty or damaged, you may contact H&W within 28 days and will be entitled to replacement or a full refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account if applicable, or your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We recommend using a delivery service which includes proof of delivery. Heather and White FZC shall not accept any liability for any items that are lost during return shipping.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
